Tottenham Hotspur could revive their interest in signing Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi at the end of the season, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The north London giants made a huge £70 million bid for the England international this winter, but Palace were reluctant to consider a mid-season exit.
However, they are expected to sanction his departure in the summer, considering his current deal expires at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
Writing on his Givemesport column, Romano said: “Yes, he will be on Spurs and more clubs list for sure.
“He has contract until June 2026 and so he has chances to leave this summer.”
Newcastle United were seriously interested in Guehi last summer and they could provide competition to Spurs in the player’s pursuit.
Guehi’s former club Chelsea could also enter the race. The Blues have struggled to find a consistent pair in the heart of the defence.
Wesley Fofana and Benoit Badiashile have struggled with regular injuries. One of them could be offloaded permanently over the summer.
