Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah will be out of contract at the end of the current season, and there still remains uncertainty about the Egyptian’s club next season. With numerous Saudi Arabian clubs ready to make Salah one of the most highly paid players of all time, Salah could be about to depart Anfield in favour of a move to the Middle East.
Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas has talked to the press about his client, as the player heads into the final four months of his contract with the Premier League leaders. Salah has been free to speak with any club outside of England since January 1st, and it is understood that Abbas has already visited Saudi Arabia for talks with regard to a potential move.
There had been talks that the player would leave Liverpool, but the most recent social media post by the agent of Salah suggests he might end up staying after all. Abbas posted on a picture of Liverpool manager Arne Slot, “excellent at his job.”
Salah is said to be happy at Liverpool, much happier than under previous manager Jurgen Klopp. Salah and Klopp famously fell out at the end of last season’s campaign.
