Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in landing the services of Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap this summer, according to The Athletic.
The 21-year-old joined the Tractor Boys on a permanent deal from Manchester City last summer. He has been a key player for them with nine Premier League goals.
His progress has caught the eye of elite Premier League teams and The Athletic confirm that the Blues and Red Devils are weighing up summer offers for the youngster.
Ipswich Town could be willing to sanction his sale for £50 million, but reports claim that City can sign him on the cheap. They have a buy-back clause of around £35-40 million.
The Cityzens also have matching rights on the striker. They could decide to re-sign him if Chelsea or United make an approach for his services this summer.
Aside from Delap, Matheus Cunha is another player on the radar of both teams. He has a release clause worth £62m that will become active from June onwards.
